1. Who We Are
Nella Lane is a brand operated by DSJ CONNECT LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Florida, United States, with its registered address at 9669 Avellino Ave, Orlando, FL 32819, United States.

2. Who These Terms Apply To
We sell to customers located in the United States. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to the purchase on your behalf.
3. Your Order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we confirm dispatch or ship the goods, and the contract is formed at that moment.
Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we identify a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout where we are required to collect it.
We work to keep prices accurate. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is handled as described in our Shipping Policy.
If we cannot ship your order within the processing time stated there, we will contact you, and you may choose to wait or to cancel the order for a full refund.
7. Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided.
8. Returns
Returns are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Personalized and made-to-order pieces, meaning any item carrying a name, initial, monogram or engraving chosen by you, are final sale. That is stated on the product page of each of those items before you add it to your cart.
This exclusion does not apply to an item that arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
9. Product Descriptions
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Jewelry is photographed under studio lighting, so colors may look slightly different from one screen to another, and plated or handmade finishes may vary slightly from piece to piece.
10. Warranties
Our products carry the implied warranties given by the law of the state where you live, including the implied warranty of merchantability, to the extent those warranties apply and cannot be excluded.
Except as required by law, we give no other warranty, express or implied. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including trademarks, logos, product names, images, graphics and text, is the property of DSJ CONNECT LLC or of its respective owners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution or modification of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to place fraudulent or simulated orders. We may restrict access where we have reasonable grounds to believe that is happening.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where DSJ CONNECT LLC is formed, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our operations or in applicable law. The version published on this website at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
